Women Of Wrestling (WOW) is an all women’s wrestling television show co-owned by David McLane, founder of GLOW in the 80’s, and Jeanie Buss, the Laker’s owner. WOW airs 52 weeks a year on 100% of US broadcast networks.
As Administrative Director, I oversee and manage all company legal, admin, financial, and logistical needs to ensure smooth operations and prepare for shoots. During production/filming, I act as the Line & Coordinating Producer on set. For Season 3, I oversaw a budget of over $3 million and was the primary point-of-contact for the studio and ~100 crew members.
The studio was a blank canvas for WOW to make their own show.
Rigging worked to install custom grids for lighting.
Loaded in the ring, wrestling mats, and main audience bleachers.
The 'V' LED screens are unique to WOW's program.

During shows, I ran around answering questions, managing a ~250 person audience, and addressing security concerns.
WOW’s post production team has a quick turnaround to be able to deliver 52 weeks a year. The shows filmed in August are broadcasting now.
For one night only in Las Vegas!
After wrapping at the studio, WOW had 4 weeks to plan a one night shoot on Fremont Street in Las Vegas. Being under the casino lights and canopy added to the electric wrestling atmosphere.
My primary responsiblities included:
Contract and invoice management
Securing film permits
Booking and managing catering
Booking and developing a security plan
Coordinating talent holding
Crew communications
